can eye strain cause twitching eyes?

My eyes twitches and i can't stop it. Why? Can eye strain causes it?

    This symptom has been caused by excessive eyes using, it is the common reason of this symptom. Or the hard light stimulation and acidoid chemistry, the last reason may be infection by virus. You would better go to doctor hurry to check the actual reason and suit the remedy to the case. As for the usual care of eyes, you need artificial tears to relief the dry eyes and have a good rest after that. Help yourself to have a distant view every two hours for 10min. If your work will ask you use computer in a long time, you need to eat some supplement or fruits which full of Vitamin A & B, and carotene. They are the necessary nutrients which would protect your eyes everyday.

    Your eyes twitches may be caused by the eye strain. It may also be caused by the lots of use of eyes in front of the computers or other electric products. In addition, you should better have the good rest for the eyes. You could use the warm compress to make the eyes feel comfortable. You may use the eyes drops with anti-inflammation to make the eyes feel comfortable.

    Eye twitching is a repetitive, uncontrollable blinking or spasm of the eyelid, usually the upper lid, which usually affects the eye muscles of both eyes. Fatigue, stress and caffeine are causes of eye twitching. Eye strain has numerous causes, such as looking at a computer screen for a long time, reading for extended periods of time, and exposure to bright lights. People who get eye strain is easy to experience pain, irritation, headaches, even eye twitching. Based o this conditions, the one should use eyes in a proper time.
