The reasons of eyes twitches will include fatigue, strain, eyes disease or improver eyes use even trauma. These factors will stimulate the eyes nerves to lead the contraction of eyes muscles, and then the twitch will happen. Your symptom must be physiologic one, it is slight. It may caused by over fatigue, and it can be recovered by relaxation. The inflammation, if have, will also be better by treatment. However, the prosopospasm will be hard to cure because it's reason happens in the brain. The strains and eyes disease such as myopia, hyperopia, and conjunctivitis will also cause it happen. It will be cured by itself if your pay attention to the sleep and eyes hygiene. You can close your eyes and do some hot compress. They can shorten the time of twitches in a short time. If it is hard to stop, please go to doctor for details.
