Yes, it is very possible for you to get blurred vision because of dehydration. Once your eyes lack water, they will see the objects in the blurry state because of the dry eyeballs and nervous eyes nerves. You need to use the eyes drops to moisture the eyes and use the warm compress to make your eyes feel comfortable.

Dehydration is often defined as the excessive loss of body water, with an accompanying disruption of metabolic processes. Symptoms may include headaches, decreased blood pressure, and dizziness or fainting when standing up due to orthostatic hypotension. However, low blood pressure and high blood pressure both can cause oxygen and blood disorders in blood vessels. And blurry vision is easy to be caused by blood pressure problems. So dehydration can lead to blurry vision indeed.

Mild dehydration won't cause blurred vision, but i am sorry to tell you that you will not only get blurred vision but also lose your marbles easily if you get severe dehydration. What's more, just a few weeks of extreme dehydration can initiate cataract formation, my advice is staying at the bed to have a rest and using oral glucose electrolyte solution to supplement the loss of fluids. Please attach enough importance to dehydration.
