since you don't need glasses , you can get a pair of non prescription glasses with anti-glare coating . As we become more and more dependent on computers ,radiation sources are throughout every corner, from computers, printers, scanners, fax machines, etc.. Computer radiation do much harm to the eye that in the beginning of radiation our eyes cannot escape the symptoms of fatigue, inflammation, lachrymation, pricking and so forth. so it is very necessary to get yourself a pair of computer glasses .

If you have good vision and plan to buy non prescription computer glasses, of course, you shall buy eyeglasses with 0.00 power. And eye glasses with +1.00 power lenses are for people who have mild prebyopia (or maybe hyperopia). So, you must make sure your eyeglasses are non prescription (0.00 power).

It is sure that non prescription computer glasses are with 0.00 power eyeglasses lenses. And these non prescription eyeglasses also called plano eyeglasses or clear lenses glasses. They only suit for people with good vision. If you want to protect your eyes when you see computer, you can buy non prescription glasses with anti-reflective coating.

Sweetie, I think 0.00 power will be OK. but I still suggest you to consult your optician first. You can find non-prescription computer glasses in any eyeglasses shops. You can also order them online.

Do you mean you want to use computer glasses for reading books? Computer glasses are totally different from reading glasses. If you have perfect vision, you don't need to wear glasses when you are reading. A pair of computer glasses can help block computer reflections and filter glare for your eyes. They can help protect our eyes. But there is no reflection or glare when we are reading a book. So I think we don't need to wear computer glasses when we are reading.

A pair of non-prescription glasses has anti-reflective coatings on the lenses. They can help block computer reflections and filter glare from the computer screen. But they can't help correct your vision problem. So you don't need to wear them when you are reading a book. They can do nothing for you when you are reading a book.

If you don't have any vision problems, you can buy a pair of non-prescription glasses to protect your eyes when you are using a computer. the +1 power may overcorrect your vision. You may suffer from headaches or even vomit by wearing a stronger prescription. Computer glasses can help block computer reflections and filter glare from the computer screens. They can help reduce eye strain and help you to read longer. Hope this helped!
