Well, it is possible to get the situation you have. And generally speaking, in lasik eye surgery, it will just use a laser underneath a corneal flap to reshape the cornea. By doing that, it will utilize a highly specialized laser, and then it can treat refractive errors, improve vision, and reduce or eliminate the need for glasses or contact lenses. In most cases, it will not cause any problems in your eyes. But on the other hand, if your eyes are infected by some bacteria, it will make your eyes ghosting. Also, overuse the eyes can lead to it too. Anyway, just pay more attention to your eyes after the surgery.

Ghosting is a possible side effect of lasik surgery. Normally, ghosting will occur during the six-month after accepting lasik surgery. Because lasik surgery change the corneal and make it become unnormal. With the development of technology, side effects of laisk surgery become less. More than 95% patients do not have this kind of problem. Generally speaking, within a certain period, ghosting will remit. If ghosting lasts than a several months, you can accept a second surgery. Less than 5% patients can not accept a second surgery. So do not be so worried about it.
