Yes, it is normal to have pink eyes with a fever. You need to stay at home to have a good rest for the eyes. You could use the eye drops with anti-inflammation to make your eyes get rid of the invisible bacterium. You could also do the warm compress to make your eyes get comfortable and moisture. You should take some medicine with anti-inflammation to release the symptom of fever.

If the pink eye and fever happen at the same time, you probably have viral conjunctivitis. A certain kind of virus brings you pink eye as well as a cold. Then the cold progresses into a fever, thus you are suffering from pink eye and a fever. Allergy is another cause of pink eye. If you have pink eye and a fever, your body temperature will be over 99.9 degrees F. Since the viral conjunctivitis is more serious, you should turn to your doctor as soon as possible. Over-the-counter eye drops and drugs such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen can be applied to treat pink eye and the fever. To relieve the painful sensation, you can use warm compresses over your eyes.
