It is not normal for your eyes to feel like something in your eyes. Your eyes may have the infection because of the invisible bacterium. You should use some eye drops with anti-inflammation to get the eyes to be moisture and comfortable. You could also use the warm compress to make the eyes feel comfortable. You need to protect the eyes carefully.

There are many reasons for why you always feel like something in your eye. Firstly, you should check whether there is foreign object in your eyes. Sometimes you can hardly notice that something slips your eyes because it is too small. If you find the foreign object, you can pick it out and then apply artificial tears to flush your eyes. You may be suffering from stye which is a small lump inside your eyelid and gives you the feeling you describe. Stye is a more serious condition, and you should seek medical treatment immediately. Allergies and dry eye can also cause discomfort in eyes. Both of these conditions are easy to deal with. When you feel like something in your eyes, do not rub your eyes. Rubbing eyes may scratch your cornea and cause further damage.

Sometimes it is the overuse of the eyes that makes your eyes feel like something in there. If so, you should pay attention to allow adequate rest for your eyes, and be careful of your eye hygiene condition. In some other cases, feeling foreign objects in the eyes is also a common symptom of conjunctivitis. In this case, you should first of all go to the hospital to have an eye examination to find out the exact cause of your eye discomfort. And you should also pay attention to your eye rest and eye nutritions. Eat more vegetables and fruits to supplement the necessary nutrients for your eyes. If it is conjunctivitis, you should usually use boiled water to sterilize your washbasin and towel. Apply some correspondent eye drops to your eyes so as to reduce the discomfort in your eyes.
