How to reduce eye damage from computer?

I have to sit in front of my computer most of my day coz of my work. I know it is bad coz there may be some damage to my eyes. I wish someone could tell me what should I do to reduce eye damage from computer? THANKS

    Yes, staying long time in front of computer is really harmful to the eyes. To keep eye health, you shall take care of your eyes.
