You are nor suggested to take contact lenses when you swim. First, the lots of water in swim pool may flush out your contact lenses. Second, the swimming pool contain lots of bacterial, your eyes could in high risks of eye infection if you swim with contact lenses. Too keep eye health, you are suggested to wearing swimming goggles instead of contact lenses when you swim. If you are nearsighted, prescription swim goggles are available.

You had better not do that, pal. Don' t think your eyes will be safe if you just keep your eyes closed underwater. It is impossible. You are risking to get your eyes infected if you insist swimming with your contacts in. On the other hand, swimming with your contacts in will be very inconvenient for you. You know why? You have to keep your eyes closed underwater or your contacts may just float out of your eyes. And think of this, if you keep your eyes closed underwater, how can you swim freely and how can you enjoy the beautiful scene underwater?

It is not suggested to swim with contact lenses. Then it is possible to help prevent bacterial contamination of your eyes.Swimming with contacts can result in eye infections, irritation and potentially sight-threatening conditions such as a corneal ulcer.
