It is impossible to cause vision problems just because of sinus polyps. Sinus polyps have no relations to vision problems. However, there are many reason that can cause vision problems. In details, myopia, presbyopia, astigmatism and hyperopia are the most common cause of vision problems. Besides, some eye diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetes can also be the factors of vision problems. So, if you have vision problem in cases, you'd better check your eyes first so as to know what causes it.

Yes, it probably can. And in most cases, it will bring eye pain and nose pain to you if you don' t pay enough attention to this. But you don' t need to worry too much about this because it is not that serious. If I am not guessing wrong, you are also suffering from a running nose, right? But if you think it really bothers you a lot, you might as well consider a surgery to remove this. But instead of treating this, I would rather make some preparations to prevent this. In a word, you should pay more attention to your ear, nose and throat health.
