we all know that fruits and vegetables can help protect against eye disease. I can recommend some fruits and vegetables for you. Those vegetables that contain rich lutein and zeaxanthin such as kale, turnip greens, spinach, collard greens, broccoli, zucchini and romaine lettuce are good for our eyes. Those fruits such as red berries, guava, kiwi, oranges and grapefruit contain rich Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) are good for our eyes too.

Antioxidants help keep our eyes healthy, we should eat fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants. We should eat carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, and green leafy vegetables, because they are rich in vitamin A and beta carotene. Besides, we should eat some meat such as poultry, red meat, seafood and oysters for they are rich in zinc. And nuts, soy foods, dried beans, milk and dairy products, whole grains are all good for our eyes too.
