What causes eye pain and sensitivity to light?

  Many people are sensitive to light. And the harsh light will cause eye pain too. You can have your eyes checked to prevent some possible diseases. but I think it is not a very serious problem. Next time when you go to sleep I suggest you to wear on your eyeshade. I bought an eyeshade for myself last year. I think it is very useful. You can buy a pair of sunglasses when you go out. And they can prevent your eyes from UV light.

  Dear friend, have you had your eyes checked by an eye doctor. I heard that some disease will cause photophoby. If you situation is always very serious, I suggest you to have your eyes checked. But if the doctor told you that it is not a very serious problem, you can adopt many ways to protect your eyes from the harsh light. I heard that there are free glasses online. You can just consider a pair of free sunglasses. Wish you good luck.
