Does Omega 3 Help Dry Eye?

I often use computers for a long time. I have dry eye. Some people told me that omega 3 can help with dry eye. Really?

    Omega 3 may help alleviate your dry eye symptom. A study over the past decade showed that omega 3 can restore function of the glands which can provide lubrication to our eyes. I know that fish oil is rich in omega 3. So you buy a bottle of fish oil in a nearby store to have a try.

    Omega 3 is good for our eyes. Omega 3 fatty acids can help reduce inflammation which may lead to dry eye syndrome. But I think you can't solve your problem only be taking omega 3. You need to have a rest when your feel tired when using computer. And you can apply some artificial tears to moisten your eyes too.
