Dear friend, I suggest you to take off your contacts before you want to take a shower. You may get the shampoo into your eyes when you are washing your hair. Then there may be chemical reactions between your contacts and the shampoo. If the surface of the contacts is not smooth anymore, your contacts will not correct your vision problem.

Guy, if you can close your eyes all the time when you are taking the shower, I think you don't need to take off your contacts. But usually we will take off the contacts for few of us will close our eyes during the shower. if you are showering with your contacts in,the contacts may slip off your eyes and drop to the ground. The bacteria on the ground will pollute your contacts and cause eye infection if your use the contacts again. We can't use the polluted contacts anymore so we should buy another pair of contacts.

Don%u2019t wear your contact lenses in the shower or while swimming. Lakes, rivers, sea water, swimming pools, and even tap water can all harbor an organism called acanthamoeba, which can cause eye infection. Wearing contact lenses while swimming, showering, or doing other water-related activities can lead to serious acanthamoeba infections of the eye.

Your website and business look great and both seem well established but I could help you with designing new elements for your website which will make it more presentable. I am messaging you today to compliment your business + to give you a heads up about the unreasonably low pricing I am charging (for a limited time) to new clients interested in my graphic design services.
