Usually the dark patches on the whites of our eyes are harmless but they may suggest some kinds of health problems. And if they come suddenly, it can be a sign of a malignant cancer. So you‘d better have your eyes checked by an eye doctor immediately.

Some people may have a dark patch or mole or freckle on the whites of their eyes. They are apparent and attract more attention when they are talking with other people because sometimes they may look directly into other people's eyes. But they are harmless. Many people just learn to live with them. But you'd better have your eyes checked by an eye doctor, because they can be a sign of some kinds of diseases. Good luck!

I think there isn't a way to treat with your dark patches because they are on the surface of your eyeballs. We know that the eyes are the tenderest part of our body. Any small infections or damages on them will lead to severe damages. Sometimes they may lead to blindness. So you'd better make an appointment with your eye doctor first. And then ask some suggestions from the doctor. Good luck!

It could be a starting sign of a malignant cancer. You'd better see an eye doctor immediately. If it was, doctors will prescribe some medicines to treat with it. But maybe they are not as serious as what I think. I don't know. I just hope you can make sure what happens to you quickly. Hope you will be fine. Good luck!

Well, this is totally different from puffy eyes or dark circles under your eyes because the black patches are right on the surface of your eyes. I think I can't give you any suggestions to deal with your problem because it is really very dangerous to operate on your eyes. No one can do that for you except a professional eye doctor. Hope you don't consider any kind of home remedies for this problem. Go and see an eye doctor immediately.

I have three dark spots on the whites of my right eye. But only after opening my upper eyelid I can see them. I don't know whether my dark spots are like your dark patches. But they don't hurt and they don't grow. They have stayed here for more than 10 years and haven't caused any problems for me. So I don't need to worry about them. I think them maybe the veins because I can see other parts of the vein.

Maybe they are the pigmented tumors. Don't worry. Most of them are harmless. The guy above mentioned may be the congenital nevi which are the most common type of pigmented tumor. And there are other kinds of pigmented tumors. They are primary acquired melanosis and conjunctival melanoma. If they show signs of growth, they may be one of the later tumors. Only doctors can help with this kind of problems.
