Is there any risk of further increase in mayopia?

iam 24 years old. both of my eyes need -3.50 eyeglasses.
Now i working as a software engineer.So i continously sitting 9hrs infront of the computer.Is ther is any risk of further increase in mayopia?i worried about it.

According to your description, your myopia may be progressive because of your working environment and working time. You need to have a rest every 45 minutes and do some excise. If your eyes can not be relax and are tired, it is easy to progress. Hope this helpful.
