How to get colored contact lenses that help my bad vision?

For halloween i was planning to dress up as a vampire, and i wanted to get red contact lenses. But i do have bad vision and need glasses/ contact lenses.. so i was just wondering if contact lenses are available that change your eye colour and help my vision?

Of course yes . There are colored prescription contacts you can get from online stores . make it easy to change your look, even if you wear vision correcting contact lenses or glasses. These contact lenses are available in many different prescriptions.To purchase them , you will need to know your contact lens prescription, which can be obtained from your optician.
