Where can i get a cheap eye exam?

Where can I get to find colored contacts to wear only for one day. Do I need to do an eye exam if I wear that only for fashion?

    As I know non-prescription contacts don't need any prescription, so it is not necessary to do eye exam before buy them.

    You just need to buy the daily discardable contacts. There is no need to have an eye exam if you want to buy non prescription colored contacts. You can get them from any over-the-counter store or online without a prescription. If you do need an eye exam, you can go to Lenscrafters or Walmart which is less than $100. If you have health insurance for eye exam, you can get it much cheaper.
