How long does it take to get used to computer glasses?

I just got my new computer eyeglasses, but my eyes feel strained and unable to concentrate, it seems the prescription on it is right. Does this mean I need time to adapt to new computer glasses? How long does it take to get used to computer glasses?

Yes, if it is first time for you to wear computer glasses, it might take a week or more to get used to them. If you are sure about the strength which should be weaker than your normal prescription, give yourself more time for the accommodation. If the problem still exists then, don't hesitate to make an appointment to see your doctor.

Are you the first time to wear computer glasses? Usually, it is normal to takes to adapt computer glasses if you first time to wear them. But if you still feel eye strains after a week, you must take an eye exam and buy a new pair with your new prescription so as to keep your eye healthy. And to get suitable computer eye glasses, you shall try on when you but it. If the new glasses still make your uncomfortable, you shall ask opticians to adjust the glasses for you.
