My eyes feel dry & vision blurry, do i need computer glasses?

Do I need computer glasses since I work long hours in front of computer and recently, I feel eye dry, vision blurry?

    Yes, computer glasses can protect your eyes from the reflective light from computer screen so as to release your eye strain etc. And i saw Firmoo.com offer computer glasses.
