The recovery time differs from different people. Ones specific physical quality determined how and how quickly their eyes adjust to the changes made by the surgery. But if you cannot get 100% vision after 3 days, please go back to your doctor.

If you want to have your vision restored to 100%, it may take at least six months. However, the recovery time may be different for everyone. It may depend on the skill of your Lasik surgeon and what type of refractive procedure you have got.

The recovery time may vary a lot depending on different person's body condition.Generally you can feel your vision improved right after the surgery and can use eyes as normal the next day.It takes almost one month to reach a stable level and 3-6 months to recover.
