well, there are many options for prescription sunglasses under $35 online . Type "cheap glasses"in Google and you will find a lot .just take a little effort to select your faviourite one . The most important thing is you need to know your Pupillary Distance and strength of your prescription .there will be a form for you to fill in these information .then the seller will choose lens fitting you . so Go to an optic and get your prescription first .

you can choose thick framed glasses. Actually the lens will be much more thicker if you have a higher prescription . Big and thick frames will be able to support your thick lens.

If you are meaning regular Ray Bans versus prescription Ray Bans, the sole distinction would be the lenses--the quality is that the same. For prescription sunglasses, your eye doctor would place in lenses that correct your vision rather like with regular glasses. therefore if you do not wear glasses (or if you are happy to wear contacts), regular sunglasses are for you. If you would like glasses and do not like carrying contacts, prescription sunglasses are an improved choice.

There are many different kinds of lenses. Some kinds of lenses will provide you with thinner lenses even though they have very strong degrees. Many optician shops can provide you with that kind of lenses so you can find them in any eyeglasses stores or optician shops. Good luck!

Compared with 1.50 lenses, 1.60 lenses are good for those who have high prescriptions. But it is said that 1.67 is the best lenses for high prescriptions because they are not only thinner but also lighter. But they are more expensive. If 1.60 lenses are fit for your degrees, you can buy that kind of lenses and they can help save your money.

There are 1.74 lenses in the world. Maybe they are the best for high prescriptions. But they are very expensive. Maybe you can't afford them. So I suggest you to buy the 1.67 aspheric high index lenses. They are also very good. Just as other people mentioned, they are lighter and thinner when compared with other kind of lenses. Hope this helped!
