    Generally speaking, if the myopia degrees exceed 600 or above, it belongs to serious prescription.And the higher the degree, the thicker the lenses. So the rimless frames are really not suitable to the myopia patient with serious prescription.

    I don't recommend you to wear rimless glasses, the lenses will be too thick. Even the lenses with high refractive index are not suitable because the lenses with high refractive index have poor impact resistance.So I suggest you make other choices, such as full frames.
