  Several eye drops can help you relieve from dry eyes. Artificial tears which are lubricating eye drops that may alleviate the dry, scratchy feeling. Prescription eye drops called Restasis (Allergan) go one step further: they help your body produce more tears by reducing inflammation associated with dry eye syndrome.   To treat your dry eyes, artificial tears and soothing ointments work well in most cases. Other treatments may be advised by a specialist in severe cases not helped by the above. For example, medicines are sometimes used to boost tear production by the tear gland and surgery is sometimes done to block the tears from draining away.   You can use some eye drops to help relieve it,but this can't solve dry eyes at root.You should pay attention to the hygiene of the eye using in daily life.
