Can wear glasses more cause deeper degree？

Someone told me that wearing glasses all the time will cause the degree go deeper,is that true?

    No. As long as you choose the glasses in a regular optical shop and the glasses are suitable for you properly, they won't cause deeper degree. However, you must pay attention to the daily visual health and yould wear them often , then your prescription strength will be stable or even reduced.

    Wearing Glasses will not cause the deeper degree if your glasses are in the right prescription.But if you wear glasses all the time, you will be more dependent on them.
