Is it necessary to get an anti-reflection coating for glasses?

I am considering buying my glasses online and found many stores provide the anti-reflection coating for $5. It is not expensive but I wonder would it peel off easily?

Yes. It is necessary to get an anti-reflection coating because it will eliminate the reflections from your glasses in order to make your lenses invisible so people can focus on your eyes. It will also give you a better vision. The coating won't peel away so easily if you take good care of your glasses.

I have got an anti-reflection for my glass once and it really sucks. It does reduce the glare but get scratched easily.
