Can I wear contacts if I have a slight prescription?

I have -1.00 in the left eye and 0.25 in the right. Can I still wear contacts? Would it be bad for my eyes?

    Of course you can wear contacts. If you keep them clean and follow the instruction strictly, they will not harm your eyes. But before you wear contacts, you need a contact eye exam to get the lens fitting and the right prescription.

    You can wear contacts even if you have a slight prescription. Just go to your doctor and have an eye exam. He will prescrible the contact lenses that fit you well.
