In most cases, the eye twitching will disappear by itself. However, there are some tips that may help you relieve from eye twitching. If your eye twitching is caused by eye fatigue, then you should get enough sleep which will help your eye stop twitching. And you should drink less caffeine.

The best way is to get more sleep so that your eye muscles can have enough time to relax. You can also use eye drops to keep your eyes moist which may help you get rid of eye twitching. I often get eye twitching, too. But when I have enough sleep, it go away by itself soon.

If the eye twitching is caused by stress and lack of sleep, it may come and go for a few days and finally disappear by itself without any treatment. You can try to use some lubricating eye drops. If twitching is severe, small injections of botulinum toxin can be used as temporary solution.
