What can I do to relive puffy eyelid?

i recently found i have puffy eyelid and it looks so ugly. I have never worn eye make up. What should I do to relieve it?

    You should develop a good habit, then your puffy eyelid will disappear by itself. Don't sleep on your stomach. You should put less salt in your diet. You must remove makeup before sleeping. You can also put ice bag on your eyelid for 5-10 minutes every morning. Then your puffy eyelid will go away soon.

    Most of the puffy eyelid care caused by lack of sleep. So you'd better go to bed a little earlier to give your eyes enough time to rest. Your puffy eyelid will go away once you get enough rest.
