Eye exercises? I recently got a stronger prescription (I am nearsighted about 2030) I want to go back to my older prescription or possible wear no glasses at all.

I am doing eye exercises (vision therapy) for 90 days and I am promised that my prescription should dimish significantly. First of all, in order to have any progress, I am wearing my old perscription which is fine. Has anyone had any progress in these "eye exercises." On the contrary, the exercises do not work to strengthen the eye, but enables you to see the world differently.

Eye exercises won’t help improve your vision,it is just used for relieving your eye strain. So wear your glasses in case your eyesight gets worse and worse.

There is no way to improve your bad eyesight. What you can do is just stop it from going worse. I suggest you to keep a healthy diet that can supplement your eyes with enough nutrients. This is good for your eye health.

Well, there is no way to get rid of glasses once you need them to help correct your vision problems except apply for lasik eye surgery to treat with your vision problem. You can consult your doctor whether you are a good candidate for lasik eye surgery or not. Good luck!

Well, I heard that eye exercise can help improve our eyesight as long as we persist on doing them for a long time (maybe longer than 90 days). Eye exercise can reduce eye fatigue and relax the strained eye muscles. It is good for our eye health.

You can't wear your old prescription glasses, sweetie. Doctor gave you a stronger prescription so you need to buy glasses according to the new prescription. Yes, your old prescription glasses can help correct your vision problems to some degree but they are not perfectly fit for your vision correction. So you may suffer from eye strains too. I suggest you to buy a pair of new prescription glasses immediately. Hope this can be useful to you! Good luck!

What do you mean by enabling us to see the world differently by doing eye exercise? Dude, I have to addimit that I can't follow you. But I think you'd better buy a pair of new prescription glasses as soon as possible. Your old prescription glasses will cause eye fatigue. Your eyesight will drop if you still use them in later life.
