  Yes. Lasik surgery can correct lazy eye, but it only allow you to achieve your vision in your glasses or contact lenses.   For adult, you can adopt LASIK eye surgery to treat lazy eye. But the LASIK eye surgery can only improve vision but it cannot alter the brain's incapacity to see. The LASIK procedure can only ensure that the image in the eyes is correctly positioned on the retina by reducing astigmatism, nearsightedness or farsightedness. But LASIK can not make sure that it will bring you healthy eyesight. But it is wise to take LASIK eye surgery for correction.
