I think if you really feel your eyes extremely dry, you should see a doctor and make sure whether you suffer from dry eye. Persistent dryness, scratchiness and a burning sensation in your eyes are symptoms of dry eyes. These symptoms alone may prompt your eye doctor to diagnose dry eye syndrome. You can drop artificial tears, which are lubricating eye drops that may alleviate the dry, scratchy feeling. If you wear contact lenses, be aware that many eye drops, especially artificial tears, cannot be used while your contacts are in your eyes. You'll need to remove them before using drops and wait 15 minutes or even longer (check the label) before reinserting the lenses. Indoors, an air cleaner can filter out dust and other particles from the air, while a humidifier adds moisture to air that's too dry because of air conditioning or heating. Outdoors , a pair of glasses in necessary.

Eye floaters happen as shapes in our vision, such as an odd squiggle or cobweb form that follow our line of sight. Floaters are actually small parts of leftover blood vessels, retinal fibers, "clumped" vitreous humors or other materials within the eye itself. Many reasons can cause eye floaters such as age, retinal detachment, diabetes, myopia, traumatic eye injury, cataract surgery and infection as well. The study shows that nutritional intervention can help cure eye floater, such as turmeric, omega-3s. Vitamins B6 and C are involved in essential fatty acid metabolism, and may help optimize Omega-3s in the body. So we can conclude that vitamin B6 and C can help with eye floater.

There exist no vitamins that have a known influence on floaters. Scientists have done little research in the field of vitamins and floaters. The subject has been largely ignored by ophthalmologists. Eye floaters are not painful, but they still can bring much inconvenience to our work and daily life, which is quite terrible. Although scientists have found no vitamin-rich food or supplement to help floaters yet, we should admit that some vitamins can help keep our eyes healthy.

Eye floaters are usually caused by the vitreous appearing opacity, say, it is affected inflammation, bleeding, trauma and some generalized disorders in body. People who are with such symptoms may see things with squinting or more than that appearing impaired vision. Naturally, vitreous floaters are one of the most common eye findings in elders aged 40 and over. Based on above theoretical knowledge, the vitamins are of help to the eye floaters and different vitamins have different efficacy. Vitamin A is not unnecessary nutrient of our eyes. Vitamin C and E can destroy free radical which can improve the immunity function of eye and prevent from vision decreasing. And vitamin B can promote the ocular eye cell to metabolize. Of course, if you need more methods to heal the eye floaters, here I offer some other advice. It will be good to you if you can consume less drink with caffeine. Food delicate is just Ok. You can eat more animal liver, eggs, beans, mushroom, fresh vegetable and fruits, etc. In fact, however, if you feel your eyes feeling continue strong drying, tiring and itchy or even burning, I suppose you go to specialized ophthalmology to ask for eye doctors' suggestion.
