Actually there is no special vitamins for red eyes. If you have chronic red eyes, it may be a sign of dry eye syndrome. When dry eyes are the culprit of your red eyes, omega-3 fatty acid supplements can help moisturize the ocular surface, decrease dryness and whiten eyes over time. You can eat more fish and walnuts which are high in omega-3 fatty acid. Fish oil supplement is highly recommended if you don't want to eat a lot of fish.
