Blurry vision may happen if people suffer from some eye diseases, such as glaucoma, cataract, retinal or vein obstruction. These are the eye disease reasons. If you don't have them, and just high pressure, I can't tell you the exact reason. But it is possible that the ciliaris may not work well now. You should go to a profession hospital to have a series of tests, such as optometry, eye pressure measurement and fundus observation. When you make sure what the problem is, you can cure your eyes easily.

Technically, anxiety have no affect to your vision. But in fact, anxiety can make people feel vision blur or cause the decreasing of vision. This is just like that you will feel vision blur in overcast day. That is because overcast day will cause the upset your mood, further make you look vision blur. And anxiety is same as overcast day to affect your vision.
