  Yes, it is OK to wear clear lenses glasses. One of my college always wear clear lenses to enhance her look. She has perfect vision, but she want to wear eyeglasses that can make her look more mature and smart. So, she always wearing a pair of black wayfarer style eyeglasses with clear lenses. Till now, it is about one years that she wearing clear lens glasses. She still has perfect vision. So, don't worry, if you like it, just have a try.
