From pharmacological, it provides protection to our eyes for the retinal nerve protection and reducing the angiogenesis. In short, it can provide nutrition to visual nerve cells, prevent and reduce juvenile myopia and age-related eye diseases. Typically, you can choose the fish containing DHA and EPA to get Omega-3 Fatty Acid. These fish you can choose, including anchovies, bluefish fish, herring, mackerel, salmon (wild fish are better than farmed), sardines, sturgeon, lake trout and tuna. Many experts recommend eating the fish once or twice a week.
