People may find that pinhole glasses are quite disturbing at first. I heard that some people complained that they suffered from increased strain and headaches when they were using pinhole glasses though the glasses can help reduce the blur circles.

Pinhole glasses lenses consist of many tiny holes in them. These It can reduce the size of the blur circles so they prevent the indirect rays getting into your eyes to distort your vision, but they won't change the focus of the eye.

Pinhole glasses can help you see better by blocking indirect rays from entering the eye and preventing them from distorting your vision with these tiny holes. If you try on a pair of pinhole glasses for the first time, you may actually notice a slight improvement in your vision. But you still need to wear glasses later on because they can't correct your vision radically.

Well, yes, pinhole glasses can just improve your eyesight in some degree. So you can just have a try. Generally speaking, pinhole glasses are well known as stenopeic glasses. In common, people who are nearsighted and farsighted can both use them. And they are eyeglasses with a series of pinhole-sized perforations filling an opaque sheet of plastic in place of each lens. What is important is that pinhole glasses are combined with certain eye exercises, which could permanently improve eyesight. Of course, this is the most important function well known by many people. But, if it is the first time you use them, you may have to take some time to be accustomed to them, or it will just make you feel uncomfortable, and stressed. And that can be very normal. Anyway, you can just have a try.

Pinhole glasses can be used as a developmental tool in vision improvement. So I think they can help improve your eyesight. And it can be used as a straightforward substitute for glasses in some occasions. When you are watching TV, you can use pinhole glasses for instead. But pinhole glasses can't be used for driving or any other potentially hazardous activity.

Many companies claim that pinhole glasses could permanently improve eyesight if we combine it with certain eye exercises. But skeptics argue that there is no scientific evidence to support them. In the United States, this claim is not allowed to be made because there is lack of formal clinical studies to prove it. So I think you can just have a try but don't rely on it to help improve your eyesight.

Maybe they can improve your vision just when you wear them, while you may have the same eyesight as you had before after taking off them. But I haven't tried that. I just found a video for you on the internet. You can click to know more about how does pinhole glasses work and do they really work.
