From the scientific point, watching 3d movies with the 3d glasses may not hurt your eyes. Just like the sunglasses, the 3d glasses are coated at the surface which may help your eyes from the stimulation of the 3d movies. However, if you don't wear the 3d glasses, the blurry vision may affect your eyes. If you watch this for a long time, your eyes may get tired.

No, it is not bad for your eyes. If you use a pair of 3d glasses, it will not have any harm to your eyes. As we know, all 3d glasses do filter light. There are double images of everything. Some say that the other image will come through a bit that is meant for the other eye and cause problems. When I saw the movie up I would close one eye and try to see the other image come through but it absolutely does not come through. Actually it is good for the eyes because it causes you to exercise your eye muscles in a slightly different way, some people are just lazy and don't want to try something new. On the other hand, they could cause certain short-term effects for adults such as headaches and dizziness, but for children with developing eyes they can be a bit harmful to their vision. So if you have child, you should be careful about it.

No, it wouldn't. 3D movie could cause visual discomfort, fatigue and headache. Because your eyes focus on the physical screen and the 3D content when you are watching 3D movie. That is to say, your 3D glasses filter light that everything has double images. You should accommodate to the distance of the screen because that's where the light comes from. But it couldn't do anything to hurt your eyes. However, it's beneficial for you to exercise your eye muscles in a different way.
