  It depends on the serious degree your eyes get after a long time use of computers with little rest. Sometimes the most light symptom of dryness may get recovery after two or three days with good rest and use of eyedrops. And the floaters symptom may need a week time of recovery. If it is more serious, you'd better go to see the doctor and have a check.

  Well, it seems that you are really addicted to using computer. So, I gotta say, sitting in front of a computer for too long really does harm to your health , especially your vision. Now that you become aware of this and you wanna make a change. However, no victory comes out withou price. It takes some time before your eyes recover, since you have been using computer for such a long time. My advice is that you should form a good habbit, and stick to a new lifestyle, pay more attention to your eye health. And turn your ideas into real actions!
