Does potassium help eye twitching?

  The main reason causing the eye twisting may be the following content. With the over used eye excessive and the unwell body may cause the eye muscles to spontaneously twitch which would cause saccadic. This kind of pumps are often the result of local dominant eye muscles of a nerve fiber tension. The causes of saccadic often is accidental, two or three times a day. And the potassium may help the eye twitching because of its releasing role.

  An eye twitch doesn't indicate a serious eye disorder, but there are some factors may cause it, mainly are too much pressure, smoking, drinking caffeine and alcohol, including a nutrient deficiency. However, potassium has an unknown effect on treating eye twitch. Magnesium deficiency could cause muscle constrictions in eyelids instead of potassium. Potassium could help transmit information throughout people’s body, and it’s beneficial for people to reduce blood pressure. People need potassium every day, however, too much or too little potassium could make your health unbalanced.
