Well, one of my friends had double vision too. He has it for about 4 weeks then it improved. And often after 5 weeks it seems to be better, but in some cases, it will come back later in the day. This type of double vision is only when using both eyes, covering one eye gives normal vision but of course restricted due to only one eye being used. According to a doctor, if the cause is a TIA, then usually the double vision will go away soon. Anyway, it will go away in 2 weeks or more. Besides, there are many causes for double vision, such as eye strain , so medical care is necessary.

Basically speaking, you will get the basic recovery after 20 days of lasik surgery if you follow the tips. However, your double vision may be caused by the sudden blood pressure which have been related with your food diet or work and rest. If you have adjusted your life to the normal pace, the double viion will disappear within a wek. If not, you may go to see the doctor and have a check.

It would take about 2 weeks or more to go away. The medical term for double vision is diplopia. Double vision occurs if the eyes are misaligned, causing two different images to be sent to the brain. The brain accepts both images, resulting in double vision. Double vision can cause by many reason, one of the most common issues associated with a bad Lasik surgery is double vision. Diplopia only plays a major trick on balance but also causes painful headaches and crippling night blindness. The double vision may seem to disappear when, in reality, one of the eyes is simply not seeing.

That depends on your own personal condition; usually it will last for 1 to 3 month. Your eyes' adjusted ability will be limited, the stronger prescription, and the heavy double vision will worse; your vision will be blurring, it is normal and no need to worry. Your cornea may have a little swollen after the surgery too; it will affect the vision also. Please listen to your doctor to have some eyes drop for cure, and make sure not to rub your eyes with your hands. Do not hurt it when it is in the heal process. Keep your eyes clean; keep your eyes from hard work or doing high strength sports.
