Can lack of sleep cause your eye to twitch?

MY right eyes keep twitching? Why? Recently, i don't sleep well. Does lake of sleep can cause my eyes to twitch?

    Yes, when the eyes twitch, the eye nerves get the problem. The immune system decreases and the eyes get the infection. However, when you lack the sleep, the eye nerves are in the intense state which may cause the twitching phenomenon. You'd better have a good rest for your eyes.
