Definitely yes, it is not only good but also necessary for eye health. Nuts, such as almonds, hazelnuts are rich in vitamin E, as we all known, vitamin E has been shown to complement nutritional needs in good eye health maintenance. It could help prevent forming of cataract and age-related macular degeneration. At the same time, nuts contains lutein, carotenoid that could protect the retina and the lens from photodamage, because UV and short warelength raditation are filtered before reaching the retina. Additionally, you should consume the right amount of nuts as vitamin E supplements, otherwise, it would not be good for your eyes.
