This is a typical symptom of having a cold. As you know, there is a path connected eyes and nose. When you have a cold, sinus openings would be blocked. Some secretions would return back to eyes, which should have flow into the nose. Meanwhile, if the nose cannot inhale enough fresh air, the internal pressure would increase and your eyes would be stresses. So, your eyes would feel watery and pain. Appropriate facial massage can reduce the situation. And do not forget to drink enough water. Have a good rest. You will be better after several days. Water and relax are the absolute treatments.

actually I have heard that many people's eyes are really itchy when they rub their nose, but when you blow you nose, your eyes feel painful. there must be some reasons. Do you catch a cold or have a nose allergy? because our eyes, nose , ears and mouth influence with each other, like gearwheels working in a machine. maybe there is congestion around your eyes and the bridge of the nose is near your eyes. so when you blow your nose, you may have a surge of pain. you'd better see a doctor and examine yourself. try to use some eyedrops to ease pain

As we now, the throat, nose and eye nerves are interlinked. After you blow the nose, your eyes feel painful. There must be some inflammation for your eyes. You should better go to see the doctor and have a full check on the eyes. You'd better accept the treatment. Or else, the eyes may get infection.
