Yes, new glasses can make your eyes become twitching. As we know that when getting a pair of glasses, many people have to take a couple of days to adjust to them. And it is also very normal for them to have eye strain, which can lead to eye twitching. Of course, there are also many other causes though so you may want to consider other reasons you're eye is twitching. Maybe it may be not the new glasses which cause the symptom. For example, you may get itchy eyes, when your eyes have been infected by some allergies. So you should check out the related link for a full list of causes to see which one fits your situation best, and so that you can make sure what is probably the cause of your eye twitching. Besides, according to some researches, a new vision prescription will make the eye to focus correctly. And it can lead to some typical symptoms include headache, dizziness and eye strain. So you should not worry about it. However, if the symptoms can not disappear in a few days, you should contact your eye doctor as soon as possible.

That may well be. Whenever I get a new prescription for glasses, it takes a few weeks for my eyes to get used to the damn things. The Eyes twitching was one of them.

In my opinion, I don't think the new eyeglasses may cause the eye twitching. The eye twitching may be caused by the improper use of eyes or the coming of dust or sand in the bad environment or the infection of the eyes from the bacterium. You'd better go to see the doctor and have a full check on the eyes.
