The best way is applying an anti-reflective coating to the both sides of your lenses. The glare is caused by reflections from headlights and street lights. If you wear glasses with anti-reflective coating which will help reduce night glare, then your night vision will be improved.

Dude, I think it is OK to see some glare when we are driving. And usually there is a coating on the front widow of the vehicles that can help reduce the glare. If you are too sensitive to the glares, I suggest you to have your eyes checked by an eye doctor for some kind of eye disease such as cataract will cause sensitive to glare.

You can buy a pair of lenses with anti-reflective coating. The anti-reflective coating can help reduce glare you get from fluorescent lights, headlights at night, computer screens, and reduces the reflections at the same time. Usually the higher your prescription and the thicker your lenses will be, and the more reflections you will get on your lenses. But there are some kinds of materials that will have thinner lenses of the same degrees compared with lenses made by glass or plastics. You can ask an optician to introduce them for you. But I still think have the lenses coated is the best way to solve this problem.

The glare is caused by reflections from the uncoated lens surface. By applying an anti-reflective coating (multicoat) to the surface of the lens we can reduce the reflections caused by flare from headlights and street lights. Objects will appear clearer and night vision will improve. An anti-reflective coating also benefits those who use the computer and are in artificial lights due to the reduced reflections off the lens surface. Making your vision clearer and more comfortable.
