Well, generally speaking, you are not supposed to do yoga in the first week. so you should just wait for some days. In normal, it will be fine to do yoga. As we know that it is can be dangerous if you have some exercises after you have been made surgery, it can hurt your eyes and even make it worse, for they are sensitive and fragile. For example, if you have yoga, it will make your body be stressed, and at the same time, it can force your eyes to focus, in a long time, it may lead to eye strain. Also, it can make high eye pressure. Then that will cause dry eyes, or pink eyes, even bloodshot eyes. Anyway, you are not supposed to do that. Besides, you should not do exercises like jumping, running which can lead to serious result. Just be careful about your eyes. Having a good rest is effective for your eyes. Also, you should pay more attention to the irritants which can make your eyes be infected easily. And, you should avoid eye injuries by wearing a protective shield at night and with naps until you are advised by your doctor. Anyway, just be careful.

Many people have encountered this problem.Generally speaking,it's safe to do sport around 2 weeks after cataract surgery such as golf and tennis and so forth. You can begin yoga again when this is approved by your surgeon. There are no precise limits, usually within 2 to 6 weeks. However, different people have different physique.I recommend that you do yoga 3 weeks after surgery. It's securer.AS for the other question, doing yoga won't be bad for your eyes so long as do it properly.
