Yep, it would cause dark circles. Gluten can be singled out as one form of food allergy that is known to contribute to the formation of dark circles under the eyes. It is a protein found in wheat, flour, barely and rye. If it becomes a severe condition, it could turn to celiac disease. If you want to test for celiac diseases, you will have to get your blood tests done by a doctor. The best way to remove dark circles in this condition is not to eat any gluten-related food. And you can place cucumber or tomato slice over your eyes to lighten the dark circles under the eyes.

Yes, gluten can be harm to your eyes. According to some researches, gluten can lead to the dark circles under your eyes, because of the Gluten intolerance, which can be related to the immune system. To get rid of the dark circles, you can use some cucumber slices. As we know that cucumber slices have long been used to reduce puffiness and refresh the appearance of skin around the eyes, providing a fast "pick-me-up" for tired and puffy eyes. But on the other hand, they can also be good for the dark circles. So just put a slice over each eye, extending over the darkened area. Remember that you should do this everyday, coupled with lying down for 10-15 minutes. Besides, you should keep relaxing. As we know that relaxing might help remove sources of stress and anxiety that are preventing you from sleeping, eating and resting properly. So that it can relieve the dark circles.
