  No, you'd better not smoke. Since you have the pink eyes which mean that your eyes immune system is weak now, the week materials will stimulate your eye nerves which will get the pink eyes get serious. You'd better not smoke. At the same time, smoking is bad for the health too.

And according to some researches, Smokers may develop toxic amblyopic problem. Then it can lead to some eye diseases, such as lazy eyes and yellow eyes, even the pink eyes. For long term effects, it can lead to hearing loss and degrade the night vision. So it can be kind of dangerous. And smoking is also very harm to your body health, such as the heart, and lung. So you should quit smoking. Also, you should go and see an eye doctor to treat your pink eyes.
