Yes, the pregnancy will cause the dark circles under the eyes. When you get pregnant, you will find it not easy to fall asleep because of the movement of baby in the body. At this time, the bad sleep will cause the not good blood circulation which will cause the dark circles under the eyes. Just having a good sleep by drinking milk can solve this problem.

Yes, pregnancy can cause dark circles under eyes. When people lack of essential vitamins and minerals, they will have dark circles under eyes. Women who are pregnant may develop dark circles under their eyes because of the nutrient deficiency. Moreover, pregnancy women may suffer difficulty in falling asleep, staying asleep and waking in the early morning. Lacking of sleep can cause dark eye as well. To avoid dark eyes, pregnancy women can apply sunscreen with a minimum SPF 15 on their face daily and take food full of vitamin and minerals or a multivitamin to ensure that they absorb enough nutrients. A cold compress on the eyes for five minutes three times a day can protect the eye skin from further darking as well.
